Our inbound business invites and hosts guests from around the world for tourism and business inspection in China. Alongside it we run domestic tourism, travel consulting, ticketing agency services and air cargo agency services. The same operations infrastructure serves all of it.
The company is led by people who have worked in tourism for more than twenty years. That experience shows up in the unglamorous parts of group travel: realistic driving times, tickets held before the group lands, guides briefed on the group’s needs, and someone answering the phone when a flight is delayed.

The team
More than 70 people work across five departments in our Zhengzhou office, and more than 70% of them hold a guide certificate.
- Operations — itinerary design, supplier bookings, rooming lists and changes on the road
- Ticketing — air and rail bookings for groups and individual travellers
- Finance — invoicing, deposits and reconciliation with overseas partners
- Design — programme documents, group materials and the photo record of each trip
- Systems — the internal tools that keep bookings and guest details in order
Guides are assigned to a programme on the basis of the group profile and the language requirement confirmed at booking. For each group we name one person at the planning desk who stays with the file from the first brief to the follow-up.

Every programme follows the same path: a written brief, a proposal with a cost sheet, a written confirmation, the travel documents, and a review after the group returns.

Tell us the market, group profile, dates and the standard you sell at. We work from your brief, not from a fixed catalogue.

Proposal
Our planning desk builds the route, the day structure and the cost sheet, with the hotels and transport we can actually hold.

Confirmation
Guides, tickets, rooms and meals are booked and reconfirmed. You receive a final travel document for the group.

On the road
A licensed guide travels with the group and our operations desk stays reachable on the 24-hour line for changes on the day.

Follow-up
After the group returns we review the trip with you and log what to improve for the next series.
