How overseas agents, operators and schools work with our planning desk in Zhengzhou.

Group of travellers on the steps below the sandstone pillars of Zhangjiajie

We work as the China ground operator behind your brand. You keep the client relationship; we handle the programme, the guides and the day-to-day of the trip.

Who we work with

  • Outbound tour operators and travel agencies
  • Education agencies and schools
  • Corporate travel organisers and event agencies
  • Specialist operators building a China programme

What you receive from us

  • A proposal document with the day structure and the services we can hold
  • A cost sheet priced for your group size, hotel level and dates
  • Rooming-list handling and final travel documents
  • A guide briefing matched to the group profile
  • One named contact at the planning desk
  • A review after the group returns

How the commercial side works

  1. You send the brief: market, dates, group profile, hotel level and what is already booked.
  2. We confirm availability and return a proposal with a cost sheet.
  3. You confirm in writing; payment terms are agreed in writing before confirmation.
  4. We issue the travel documents and run the programme.
  5. After the return we review the trip and log what to improve for the next series.

Questions we are asked

Can you work with our own programme and just handle the ground?

Yes. We quote the land programme on its own, or add ticketing where you need it. Tell us what is already booked so we do not duplicate it.

Do you publish rates?

No. Rates depend on dates, group size and hotel level, so every programme is quoted individually with a cost sheet.

How is guide language handled?

The language requirement is confirmed in writing with the proposal. Tell us what the group needs and we will confirm availability before you sell the departure.

Can you handle large groups?

Yes. The company has organised more than a hundred large group series and hosts over 100,000 guests a year across its operations. Group size affects coach and hotel availability, so send the numbers early.

Who handles visas?

Visa applications are handled by the traveller or by you as the agent. Once a programme is contracted we can confirm the booking documents we are able to issue for the group.

What happens if something changes during the trip?

The operations desk is reachable on the 24-hour line while groups are travelling. Changes are confirmed in writing with you before costs are committed.
