Student groups need a different kind of programme: predictable days, obvious meeting points, and content that matches what the group is studying.
What a study programme usually includes
- A campus visit arranged with the host institution
- Heritage sites selected to match the learning focus
- A licensed guide briefed for student groups
- Coach transport sized to the group and the luggage
- Meals at times that fit the school day
- Daily briefings on meeting points and timings
- A photo record of the programme for the school
Working with schools and agents
We ask for the age range, the number of students and accompanying staff, and the learning focus before we design anything. Those three answers decide the pace, the sites and the coach size.
Campus access is granted by the institution, not by the operator, and lead times vary. We confirm access in writing and keep a heritage alternative ready in case a visit cannot be arranged for the dates.
A study programme in Beijing
Our Beijing study programme pairs a campus visit with the Forbidden City and keeps the rest of the day short. It is the format most schools start with.
