A China series lives or dies on the details between the cities: the transfer that runs late, the rooming list that changes, the guide who does not know the group. Our job is to hold those details.
Who this service is for
- Outbound agencies launching a first China series
- Tour operators adding a China programme to an existing region
- Family, alumni and multi-generational groups travelling together
- Corporate and incentive groups that need a leisure programme around a business date
What we handle
- Route design and a day-by-day programme with realistic timings
- Hotels and rooming lists, including split stays
- Air and rail tickets through our ticketing department
- Licensed guides confirmed for the group profile
- Coaches, drivers and airport or station transfers
- Entries, reservations and restaurant bookings
- A named operations contact during the whole series
How a series comes together
We start from your brief, not from a catalogue. The first proposal normally comes back with two route options and the services we can hold for your dates; from there we refine until you can sell it.
- 01
Brief
Tell us the market, group profile, dates and the standard you sell at. We work from your brief, not from a fixed catalogue.
- 02
Proposal
Our planning desk builds the route, the day structure and the cost sheet, with the hotels and transport we can actually hold.
- 03
Confirmation
Guides, tickets, rooms and meals are booked and reconfirmed. You receive a final travel document for the group.
- 04
On the road
A licensed guide travels with the group and our operations desk stays reachable on the 24-hour line for changes on the day.
- 05
Follow-up
After the group returns we review the trip with you and log what to improve for the next series.
Where our series go
