Inbound China travel · Henan, China
We plan and operate inbound programs for overseas travel agents, schools and companies: city series, study tours, business visits and large groups, with licensed guides and one operations desk in Zhengzhou.
What we do
Guolv Culture Travel is a Zhengzhou-based inbound travel company. We receive groups from overseas agencies, schools and companies and run the land programme from the first brief to the last transfer:
route planning, licensed guides, hotels, transport, tickets and the operations desk that answers when something changes on the road. Our work is practical rather than decorative — the programme you approve is the programme we deliver.

Destinations
We operate where we have guides, suppliers and recent group experience — starting with the destinations below.
Destination guideHow we work
A predictable process, one contact person, and decisions documented before anyone travels.
Tell us the market, group profile, dates and the standard you sell at. We work from your brief, not from a fixed catalogue.
Our planning desk builds the route, the day structure and the cost sheet, with the hotels and transport we can actually hold.
Guides, tickets, rooms and meals are booked and reconfirmed. You receive a final travel document for the group.
A licensed guide travels with the group and our operations desk stays reachable on the 24-hour line for changes on the day.
After the group returns we review the trip with you and log what to improve for the next series.
The team behind the programme
Our planning, ticketing, finance, design and systems teams sit in the same Zhengzhou office. That matters when a flight moves or a group needs a guide change: the people who built the itinerary are the people who fix it.
For travel trade
Agent rates, series departures, school groups and business delegations are handled by our planning desk. Send the brief and we will come back with a proposal document you can forward to your client.

Most weak proposals are not a pricing problem — they are a briefing problem. Here is the information that changes the answer.
